Stanley Black & Decker is investing in Product Management and Marketing capabilities that help deliver stronger solutions to customers and greater value to the business. The Product Marketing Analyst - Hand Tools & Accessories role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to support product strategy, portfolio analysis, product launches, and cross-functional execution.

This role will work closely with product management, commercial, regional, and cross-functional teams to help drive business performance through data, market insights, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of product business plans, product line information, and portfolio documentation.
  • Analyze sales, margin, market, and product performance data to identify trends and support business decisions.
  • Assist with product launch planning and execution, including tracking timelines, catalog status, and launch readiness.
  • Help maintain product catalogs, product data, and related commercial materials.
  • Support competitive analysis and market research to identify product positioning, category trends, and differentiation opportunities.
  • Partner with product managers and regional teams to gather customer, market, and internal feedback.
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, feature inputs, and backlog support materials.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and commercial teams.
  • Support product training materials and customer-facing presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to help manage product updates, release activities, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor product issues, questions, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment through clear communication and strong follow-through.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, category management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle processes, market analysis, and commercial support activities.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with reporting tools, spreadsheets, and presentation development preferred.
