Key Responsibilities

• Building and developing relationships with assigned affiliate partners.
• Actively searching for - and acquiring - new Affiliate partners.
• Setting up / requesting reward plans with the Affiliate Marketing team.
• Working closely with all assigned affiliate partners to ensure they have everything they need to promote effectively all the brands of Campeón Gaming.
• Overseeing for the overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimizing deals/campaigns to make sure development is steady and positive.
• Ensuring a positive ROI from affiliation and re-negotiating agreements where necessary.
• Reporting on results, performance, and challenges on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis.
• Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up to date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, and links.
• Building and developing all brands within Campeón Gaming portfolio.
• BSc/MSc inMarketing, business administration or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in an account management position.
• Owns an established affiliate portfolio, with experience across Tier 1, Tier 2, CIS, and GCC markets.
• Experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral, with excellent communication skills. Additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Customer-focused and experienced in managing accounts.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
