The heart of the role

• Prepare and execute daily payment runs, ensuring timely processing of suppliers/customers refunds payments.
• Prepare and maintain the payment schedule, ensuring all invoices are paid according to agreed due dates.
• Create and maintain vendor and customer Master Data creation and updates to existing records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment and master data issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist in analyzing financial data.
• Support auditors by providing requested documentation and explanations.
• Actively and respectfully communicate with the team, other departments, and stakeholders.
• Assist with general administrative tasks in the finance/accounting department as needed.
• Demonstrate positive attitude to assigned tasks and actively contribute to Team spirit building.

What makes you beat

• Up to 1 year of experience in the area of accounting is desirable.
• Some experience in General Accounting processes in a complex and international business environment of advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes.
• Must have experience with Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Depending on the team must be proficient in another foreign language (both written and spoken).
