Caregiver – Chicago, IL 60643

Reliable Home Care Providers, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home care for an elderly male client located on the South Side of Chicago (ZIP Code 60643) . The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, and committed to helping clients maintain their independence while providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care.

Schedule

• 20 hours per week
• 5 days a week
• 4 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Monitor the client's food intake and encourage proper nutrition.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Complete laundry and linen changes as needed.
• Prepare and assist with cooking.
• Observe and report any changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or overall well-being.
• Communicate concerns promptly to the supervisor or designated contact.

Requirements

• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience caring for elderly clients is preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
