About The Role

The Specification Consultant is responsible for driving growth by building strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users to increase adoption of Legrand’s electrical and data communication infrastructure solutions. This role develops and manages a robust project pipeline, secures product specifications, and provides design assistance, training, and technical support to key stakeholders. The consultant collaborates closely with internal sales teams to maximize market opportunities, support distribution partners, and promote system solutions through education and project engagement. Success is measured by exceeding territory sales goals, optimizing CRM usage, and effectively managing time, resources, and customer relationships.
