We are seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and professional two-person team for a long-term position at a private luxury residence in Montenegro.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day care, maintenance, and smooth operation of a private household, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards at all times.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and have a proactive approach to housekeeping, property maintenance, organization, and overall household support. The ideal candidates will be reliable, discreet, flexible, and committed to delivering a high standard of service in a private residence.

Positions

👩 Housekeeper / Cook

• General housekeeping and cleaning
• Laundry and wardrobe care
• Meal preparation
• Kitchen management

• Maintaining the residence to the highest standards

👨 Property Caretaker / Driver

• Property and estate maintenance
• Garden and outdoor area maintenance
• Driving duties
• Minor repairs and handyman tasks
• Pool and property supervision
• Pet care

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a private household, luxury villa, or estate
• Strong references
• Good health and physically fit
• Basic English communication skills
• Valid driver's license for the property caretaker
• Honest, trustworthy, discreet, and professional
• Animal lover
• Willing to relocate to Montenegro
