Director Clinical Operations - Specialty Clinics - Missoula, MT

Provides leadership and oversight for medical clinics operations at multiple sites. In partnership with the Chief Operating Officer, Ambulatory Division Chief and Primary Care Section Chief, this position is responsible for setting expectations in the areas of medical quality, service access, utilization, finance, productively and operational excellence. Support the medical clinics site leads and managers in improving and maintaining provider productively and service quality. Represents the medical clinics in organizational projects, committees and initiatives.
