Head of International IS Privacy Research and Innovation

This role is responsible to oversee and assure compliance with cybersecurity and data related legal, regulatory frameworks and policies in line with the Bank’s strategy and legal requirements. They will be contributing to the Bank's data protection related actions while also harmonize controls and research/innovation across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local central banks and global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/UK‑GDPR, DIFC/UAE PDPL etc) in alignment with SBP at Group level. They will govern cross‑border data transfers, data residency, outsourcing/cloud, and coordinate research & innovation outcomes and also provide advice in the development of the Bank’s cybersecurity governance processes and recommended remediation strategies/solutions to ensure compliance.
