Contracts Manager, Amazon Ring Legal

We are looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support our Ring, Blink, Amazon Key and Sidewalk (RBKS) teams. You’ll help us grow our business and help us scale by supporting and negotiating a variety of contracts, with a secondary role supporting work for product counsel on the legal team.

You will work directly with business teams to manage a wide variety of contract requests and negotiations. You must be a thought leader in optimizing and streamlining deal forms and document management systems, using AI tools as a preferred solution wherever possible.

Key job responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts.
• Managing a high volume of daily contract inquiries of all shapes and sizes.
• Optimizing the organizations existing document and information management tools, using AI as a preferred solution.
• Improving and maintaining the organizations existing simplification tools.
• Creating templates and fallback guides to simplify contracts.
