We move more than €1B a year across 9 countries, 2,000+ legal entities, and 37,000+ service rate combinations — today, a lot of that runs on semi-automated workflows, Excel files, and cross-functional muscle memory. You'll be hands-on from day one, with real ownership over how hundreds of Delivery Service Partners get paid across Europe.

Key job responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Own and drive payment process improvement initiatives across EU manual and semi-automated workstreams — fleet, fuel, incentives, and beyond
• Strengthen and build new financial controls and audit trails — find the gaps before they become problems
• Build Excel-based tools, models, and dashboards (pivot tables, Power Query, macros, VBA) that replace manual grind with scalable systems
• Chase down payment discrepancies across EU countries — trace the data, find the root cause, fix it, and make sure it doesn't come back
• Turn messy operational reality into clean, structured requirements that fuel automation with Last Mile Payments Tech
• Help shape and execute the DSP payment automation roadmap, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Finance, Tax, Fleet, Pricing, and Tech

• You're an Excel power user — pivot tables, Power Query, and macro/VBA automation are second nature (we'll put this to the test)
• You bring order to chaos — structured thinking that turns ambiguity into a clear plan, fast
