Senior Engineering and Solutions Director

The Senior Engineering and Solutions Director is responsible for establishing and advancing enterprise-wide engineering, operational excellence, and solution design strategies across Hub Group's Consolidation and Fulfillment Services (CFS) organization. This role drives the development and implementation of scalable operating models, network optimization initiatives, process improvements, and customer solutions that enhance operational performance, service quality, productivity, and financial results. The Senior Director partners closely with Operations, Network Design, Transportation, Technology, and Commercial teams to deliver data-driven, standardized, and sustainable engineering solutions across facilities and customers.
