Position Responsibilities

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on the MCF Customer onboarding journey and technical
  • integration aspects (including APIs and third part applications). Lead strategic merchant end to-
  • end customer onboarding and technical integration plans within Ecommerce and Fulfillment.
  • Consolidate international customer feedback and requirements related to onboarding, API and
  • integrations to influence the MCF Product development roadmap. Own internal as well as
  • customer-facing operating procedures and develop process improvement programs. Own
  • issue escalation with program ownership related to onboarding, integration and APIs.
