About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to join our team supporting supplier compliance documentation, business requirements development, and system administration. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic document writing with hands-on project execution and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an exceptional writer, and comfortable partnering with tech teams on business requirements while serving as a backup for system support when needed.

Key job responsibilities

\* Document Writing & Strategy: Author, edit, and maintain high-quality operational documents including OP narratives, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and compliance materials

\* Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, managing timelines, milestones, stakeholders, and dependencies to ensure on-time execution

\* System Support (Backup): Serve as a backup administrator for applications such as CMX1, FoodLogiQ, and other operational platforms, ensuring business continuity during coverage gaps or out-of-office periods

\* Business Requirements Documentation: Partner with technology teams to develop, document, and refine business requirements that drive system enhancements, new capabilities, and process automation

\* Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver results

\* Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement scalable solutions that improve team productivity and quality outcomes

\* Reporting & Communication: Provide regular status updates, metrics, and insights to leadership on program health and deliverables
