Sr. Technical Program Manager, Alexa For Shopping

Amazon Conversational Search is the exciting new LLM-based feature in the Amazon App / Desktop to allow customers to engage with Amazon in natural language conversations. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver mission critical programs to build the leading edge infrastructure behind this experience as well as build new delightful customer experiences in this space.

A day in the life

Key responsibilities for the role will include

\* Running high visibility programs across multiple teams in Alexa For Shopping org.

\* Managing stakeholders across these teams as well as senior leadership of Search and adjacent orgs.

\* Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives.

\* Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.

We are a part of Alexa For Shopping Agentic Experiences focused on building a LLM-based conversational shopping experience. Our goal is to allow customers to intuitively engage with Amazon in natural language to get the most convenient shopping experience.
