Job Location: Nashville, TN

• Position Responsibilities: Work independently with internal and external engineering teams to
• successfully deliver cross-functional projects that are of a high-quality (e.g., on-time, on-budget,
• maintainable, lowdefects, etc.). Partner with project managers and external vendors to set
• project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules to meet a deadline. Influence
• technical documentation content, perform documentation review, dive deep into system
• layouts and solutions. Competently represent system and/or equipment designs to both
• customers and other teams. Communicate project status, effectively answer project questions
• in detail, and regularly produce clear and concise summaries for the projects you own to your
• leadership/management team. Excel at developing good working relationships with vendors,
• engineers, managers, and peers. Participate in design reviews and support execution efforts
• between internal teams and outside vendors including equipment specifications, material flow,
• process design, and site layout. Efficiently manage budget documents, change order controls,
• purchase orders, and invoicing. Build strong working relationships with FC/SC leadership and
• their operations teams across multiple sites as well as their Launch, Facilities, Finance, Safety,
• Process Engineers, and other business stakeholders. Identify and lead process improvement
• initiatives in support of operations teams within a geographic node. Up to 50% domestic travel
• to perform role responsibilities may be required.
