About The Role

HSE trainer should develop, deliver, assess, and continuously improve Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) training programs in accordance with ADNOC requirements, company HSE Management Systems, UAE regulations, and international best practices. The HSE Trainer shall ensure personnel competency through classroom, practical, and on-site training while promoting a strong safety culture and operational excellence. ADNOC training expectations emphasize standardized training, competency development, HSE induction, Work Management System (WMS), risk management, process safety, and Life Saving Rules awareness Key Responsibilities Deliver ADNOC-approved HSE training programs. Conduct HSE inductions, refresher training, and toolbox training sessions. Develop training materials, presentations, examinations, and practical assessments. Maintain training records and competency matrices. Support contractor workforce competency assurance programs. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, Life Saving Rules, Permit to Work (PTW), WMS, Risk Assessment, H2S, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Lifting Operations, and Emergency Response requirements. Participate in HSE audits and inspections. Prepare monthly training statistics and KPI reports. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline. NEBOSH IGC IOSH Managing Safely Train-the-Trainer (TOT) Work Management System (WMS) HABC / First Aid Trainer Fire Safety Trainer Certification Approved ADNOC Instructor Certification if applicable
