Role name : S enior B usine ss So lutions Man ag er Exper ien ce: >5 years Location : S rilanka Re porting to : Solut ions Dir ector Solution Design: Design tailored conversational AI solutions that leverage ADA platform's capabilities to address specific client challenges. Understand client’s pain points & needs and translate those into a solution proposed by ADA Out of the box thinking Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on new feature capabilities Technical Discovery & Qualification: Partner closely with the Sales team to understand prospective clients' business needs, technical requirements, and pain points related to their communication strategies. Understand high-level and technical architectures, including integration points with existing client systems (CRMs, ERPs, contact centers , etc.), data flows, and security considerations. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders to uncover their current infrastructure, workflows, and desired outcomes. Qualify leads from a technical perspective, assessing feasibility and alignment with our product capabilities. Demonstration & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops to prospective clients, from technical teams to C-level executives. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and business-relevant language, showcasing the value proposition and ROI of ADA solutions. Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical solutions and address specific client requirements, managing the full lifecycle of the POC. Proposal Support: Act as the owner to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other technical questionnaires. Craft detailed and accurate technical sections of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other sales documentation. Market & Product Expertise: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of ADA entire product portfolio, including new features, roadmap, and competitive differentiators within the business messaging and CPaaS landscape. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., Conversational AI, Generative AI in messaging), and competitor offerings in Sri Lanka /Bangladesh and the broader APAC region. Provide valuable market feedback to product management and engineering teams to influence product development and future enhancements. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure seamless client transitions from presales to implementation. Serve as the bridge between Product/Engineering and the field teams Consolidate client/market feedback to prioritize product refinements and roadmap acceleration Act as a product advocate in field meetings and regional go-lives Additional Skills Exceptional technical acumen with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Outstanding presentation, demonstration, and public speaking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Local Language and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to solution design. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse client stakeholders. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides), and diagramming tools.
