Job Description: Intern – Employee Experience Position Title: Intern – Employee Experience Department: Human Resources Reporting To: Employee Experience Partner Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Internship Duration: 6 months Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized Intern – Employee Experience to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while assisting with employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, surveys, and regional employee experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support daily office operations and ensure the workplace is organized, employee-friendly, and well maintained. Coordinate with office support staff, building management, service providers, and vendors. Assist with office supplies, pantry items, stationery, equipment, maintenance, seating, and access-related matters. Support vendor coordination, quotation collection, basic negotiation, and service follow-ups. Collect, check, and organize vendor invoices and supporting documents. Maintain invoice trackers and coordinate with Finance/HR for approvals and payment follow-ups. Support employee engagement activities, office events, celebrations, and internal campaigns. Assist with regional wellbeing and engagement projects at the local office level. Support employee recognition programs, survey communication, reminders, and participation tracking. Maintain trackers, records, reports, and documentation related to office operations and employee experience. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Good communication skills in English. Sinhala/Tamil will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Organized, responsible, proactive, and comfortable following up with people. Able to coordinate with employees, vendors, support staff, Finance, and internal teams. Prior internship, admin, event, or coordination experience will be an added advantage.
