The Regional Vice President partners with the President of Event Services to lead all strategic and operational functions for multiple branch locations and client sites throughout a designated territory. As a senior leader you will develop and retain profitable business growth by delivering world-class service to all clients. Through your iCARE Leadership approach, you will be a guide on our journey to be an employer of choice in the service industry by fostering an exceptional employee experience. The Regional Vice President may expect to travel up to 40% of their time. RESPONSIBILITIES: Caring Leadership and Client Intimacy: Lead and mentor a team of Senior Regional Director, Operations, General/Branch Managers and Regional Operations Managers by providing coaching, support, and recognition, while fostering accountability. Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork, open communication, and professional development Build, maintain and grow relationships with clients by understanding their security needs and ensuring satisfaction Operational Oversight and Safety: Deliver high-quality service to our clients by strategically leading the region's security operations, while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements Analyze, report, and drive operational metrics and KPI’s using Allied Universal's Business Intelligence Platform (DOMO), maximizing efficiency and productivity Identify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols, training, and response plans Financial Performance and Growth: Manage your region’s P&L and drive financial performance through budget allocation, revenue growth, profitability, cash collections and expense management; develop strategies and employ tactics with the General Managers and Finance team to achieve all financial targets Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and enterprise accounts teams to identify and close new business development opportunities By infusing our core values of agility, reliability, caring, teamwork, integrity, safety, and innovation into your leadership approach, you will not only achieve success in your role but also contribute to the positive culture and growth of the organization. QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE): Must possess one or more of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with ten (10) years of management experience in the service industry Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with twelve (12) years of management experience in the service industry High School diploma with fifteen (15) years of management experience in the service industry Minimum of four (4) years of (P&L) profit and loss financial management experience Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in successfully building and developing teams Executive leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and regions to creatively support client's growth and satisfaction Results-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable business Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office, WinTeam, ABI Mastermind and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations Dynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client, and industry events PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): Event Services, Law enforcement, military and/or contract or proprietary security services experience BENEFITS: Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Enrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
