Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to the Director, Maintenance, the incumbent supervises and coordinates the activities of the maintenance department to ensure that the residence's exterior and interior spaces are kept in good condition. He/she participates in the management of the department's human, financial and technical resources, while respecting allocated budgets. They are responsible for the upkeep of the building, premises, outdoor areas and equipment, and carry out work themselves.
