What You’ll Lead

• Sales growth and profitability initiatives

• Supplier strategy and vendor negotiations

• Inventory, forecasting, and operational performance
• Cross-functional collaboration across the organization

What We’re Looking For

10+ years in the Forest Products industry
Proven leadership experience in EWP and siding sales
Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
Pass a pre-employment drug test
