Maintenance Tech 2

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician!

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and preventative upkeep on guest rooms and hotel facilities

Respond promptly to guest service requests (e.g., fixing lights, plumbing issues, HVAC problems)

Inspect rooms, hallways, and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs

Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic mechanical systems

Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes

Complete work orders and maintain maintenance logs/records

Assist with room turns by ensuring everything is in proper working condition

Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies

Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk staff to prioritize repairs

Handle basic painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks
