PM - Bistro Attendant/Bartender

Concord Hospitality is seeking a positive and service-oriented

Restaurant Attendant / Busser

to help create memorable dining experiences. This role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and well stocked front of house area.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of service stations, including silverware, linens, and condiments.
• Greet guests courteously and serve beverages and light foods.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Create a positive experience for guests of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Bartender experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive, upbeat, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• PM shift runs 4PM until 11PM or 12AM.
• Availability open for full or part time. Full time is 30 hours or more.
