Housekeeping Supervisor

Required Skills & Abilities

• -At least one (1) year of hotel Housekeeping Supervisor experience required
• -Flexible to work AM, and PM shifts, mid-shifts, weekends and holidays
• -Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
• -Bi-lingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
• -High comfortability in working with computers
• -Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours and perform repetitive bending and stooping motions
• -Able to lift/carry, push and pull at least 20 pounds

Job Description

• -Assist with supervising all housekeeping staff
• -Inspect cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and service elevator landings and provide feedback when cleanliness standards are not met
• -Assist with onboarding and train new hires on required duties and responsibilities
• -Resolve guest concerns related to cleanliness issues and ensure guest cleanliness expectations are met
• -Open Housekeeping department, run reports and conduct morning pre-shift meetings
• -Close Housekeeping and perform closing duties when working PM shifts
