Respiratory Therapist II, Full Time, Night Shift

Full Time, Night Shift, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM, to include every other weekend

Performs Respiratory Therapy procedures including assessment, planning and implementation of therapy on the routine patient care floors and critical care areas. Performs emergent endotracheal intubations. Provides patient/family education related to respiratory therapy and airway management procedures. Serves as a resource

for new technologies that have been implemented. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of RT or designee.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Care Program. Licensed by the State of SC as a Respiratory Care

• Practitioner. Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist with 3 years’ experience
• and competency in all areas of adult care. BLS certified. ACLS and PALS certifications within 1 year of hire.

• Routine supplies, equipment and medications specific to clinical practice of Respiratory Therapy,

computers, printer reports, and printouts.
