Accountant, Staff

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or 3 years relevant and progressive accounting experience in debits and credits
• Above average proficiency din Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software

Qualifications Preferred

• Proficient in Epic and particularly revenue cycle functions and reporting.
• Proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility as a highly motivated self-starter
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence others and promote change
• Desire to continuously look for improvement opportunities (efficiency, automation)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Professional demeanor and good communication skills with the ability to work well with others
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow up, etc.).
