The

Production Team Leader

helps lead daily manufacturing operations at Hope Network Industries by supporting production staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership while helping individuals develop valuable workplace skills in a mission-driven organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals
  • Train, coach, and mentor production workers and trainers to ensure success on the production floor
  • Monitor workflow, production rates, and quality standards while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Complete production documentation, end-of-shift reports, and maintain accurate production records
  • Maintain organized inventory, coordinate materials, and help prevent production downtime
  • Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following OSHA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and 5S initiatives
  • Operate production equipment and assist with troubleshooting production challenges
  • Collaborate with Production Coordinators and team members to solve problems and improve efficiency

What You Bring

Preferred

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience
  • Leadership, trainer, or team lead experience
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with quality and productivity standards

Required

  • Ability to perform production worker and trainer responsibilities
  • Strong communication, math, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work safely while standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Ability to maintain production standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Commitment to Hope Network's mission, teamwork, and professional workplace standards
