About The Role

  • Full‑Time | 80 Hours Bi‑Weekly | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Brook Lane is seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Clinical Therapist

to join our Laurel Hall School team in Hagerstown, MD. This is a meaningful opportunity to support school‑aged children and adolescents through therapeutic services that promote emotional well‑being, academic success, and personal growth.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide counseling, collaborate with educators and families, and help create a supportive environment where students can thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide therapeutic services
  • to Laurel Hall students, including individual and group counseling.
  • Support students’ emotional and behavioral needs
  • within a school‑based setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.
  • Maintain documentation and complete required trainings
  • in accordance with Brook Lane and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Education

Completion of a

  • Master’s degree
  • in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.

Experience

  • Training and/or experience
  • working with
  • school‑aged children and adolescents
  • in clinical, educational, or behavioral health settings.

Licensure & Certifications

  • LCSW‑C or LCPC
  • (licensed at the certified clinical level).

Current BLS (CPR)

and

First Aid

certification.

Valid

Driver’s License

  • and driving record meeting Meritus vehicle policy requirements.
  • Annual submission of a certified driving record and signed acknowledgment of

Attestation A

per Meritus Vehicle Management Use and Control policy.
