What You’ll Do

- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Coordinate with the culinary team for seamless service
- Manage scheduling, labor efficiency, and service standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines
- Support special events, seasonal menus, and promotions

- Experienced in upscale or fine-dining management
- Polished, warm, and confident in guest-facing roles
- Organized and proactive under pressure
- Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills
- Comfortable with POS and reservations systems
- Flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays
