Full Time Guest Service Agent | Airlie Hotel and Conference Center | Warrenton, VA

What You’ll Do

Here are some of the tasks you'll be responsible for daily

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Execute housekeeping requests like extra towels, toothpaste/brush, iron, hair dryer delivery, etc
• Execute maintenance requests like TV issues, battery replacement in a remote, assistance with HVAC
• Shuttle driver, that will include pick up/drop off of the mail, assistance with fire pits
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals
• Perform any job-related duties as assigned

Where You’ve Been

We’re looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and preferably three to six months of related experience. But most importantly you must be a people-person! You will need to interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner at all times, fulfilling requests (even challenging ones) in a timely manner. If you don't work well under pressure, this won’t be a great fit

Minimum Requirements

• Self- starting personality who is reliable
• Always maintain professional appearance
• Team player who is willing to help with other duties
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Valid driver’s license (required)

• This position will require moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
