Operate Advanced Food Manufacturing Equipment

• We're looking for experienced or mechanically inclined individuals to operate our Forming production equipment.
• If you enjoy technology, machinery, and continuous improvement, this role offers excellent opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

• Operate Forming equipment.
• Monitor production flow.
• Perform equipment changeovers.
• Complete equipment setup.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Inspect product quality.
• Perform routine equipment checks.
• Work closely with Maintenance and Production leadership.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong communication.

Pay & Benefits

6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Night Shift) + $1.50 Shift Differential
You’ll work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on — giving you built-in long weekends every other week!
