• Our Mixing Operators play a vital role in producing Rosina's products by accurately preparing ingredients and operating industrial mixing equipment.
• This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy learning equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate industrial mixers and grinders.
• Read production schedules and batch sheets.
• Verify ingredients before production begins.
• Stage raw materials.
• Monitor product consistency throughout production.
• Complete production documentation.
• Perform equipment setup and basic adjustments.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay & Benefits
