Position Summary

TruOrtho, PLLC is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join our highly specialized, physician-owned private practice in San Antonio.

This is not a high-volume, multi-specialty orthopedic group. TruOrtho is a supra-subspecialized orthopaedic practice built intentionally around focused expertise, aligned surgical philosophy, and an elevated patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive Foot & Ankle surgical care in outpatient and operative settings
  • Manage the full spectrum of Foot & Ankle pathology, including trauma, sports injuries, deformity, arthritis and reconstruction
  • Build and expand the Foot & Ankle service line
  • Collaborate closely with referring physicians, therapists, and surgical partners
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Contribute strategically to practice development initiatives

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Completion of Orthopaedic Surgery Residency
  • Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Alignment with a high-touch, boutique subspecialty practice model
