Your mission Participate in fleet innovation and electrification projects. Assess electric vehicle charging infrastructure requirements and ensure alignment with sustainability objectives. Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies and explore innovative solutions, including electric mobility; Implement automation or new technologies to streamline operations and boost value creation; Establish milestones and KPIs to monitor project progress and communicating them to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Post-bologna master’s degree, with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background, Industrial Engineering and Management, or other similar courses in universities of excellence; Up to 2 years of professional experience; Strong interest in mobility infrastructure project management and process innovation; Solid analytic skills and knowledge of Power BI are a plus; Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint; Fluency in English; Brisa Group is leading the way to your future, join us!
