Operations Analytics Intern

Role and Responsibilities Support the Operational Monitoring area by contributing to the development of operational dashboards, data analysis, and insight generation that inform service oversight and decision-making. Support the creation and maintenance of operational dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau. Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses to identify patterns, deviations, and trends. Contribute to the definition and refinement of operational metrics and KPIs. Support initiatives aimed at improving data quality and structure. Support post-incident analysis, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities. Experience, Skills and Qualifications Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related Engineering field. Genuine interest in data, analytics, and operational processes. Working knowledge of (or strong motivation to develop skills in) Power BI and/or Tableau. Foundational understanding of database concepts, with knowledge of SQL considered an asset. Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy.
