Sales Associate - John Lewis Concession

What’s the role about?

Joining us as a Concessions Sales Associate, you’ll be supporting us to provide exceptional customer service in our concession areas, update visual presentations, replenishment and feedback to Reiss Edinburgh Store Manager, and Area Manager on trade.

What you’ll be doing

Providing exceptional service to our customers in store

Communicating effectively with customers, team members and management

Updating visual proposition inline with company expectations

Acting as a Reiss Brand Ambassador
