Position: Lead Software Engineer - Salesforce Revenue Cloud

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Revenue Cloud professional with hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and Billing to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and functional expertise in Salesforce platform customization and revenue lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ and Billing
Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, discounting, and quoting workflows

Develop and customize CPQ components such as

Product Rules

Price Rules

Quote Templates

Approval Processes

Implement and manage billing processes, including invoicing, subscriptions, and revenue recognition
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, payment gateways, finance systems)
Perform data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT)
Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization
Provide production support and continuous improvements

Required Skills

Must have 7+ years of relevant IT experience and 2+ years in Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ

Strong hands-on experience in

Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick)

Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud

Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle

Proficiency in

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC/Aura)

SOQL/SOSL

Experience with

Product bundling & configuration
Pricing strategies (tiered, block, discount schedules)
Subscription and contract lifecycle management
Knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
