## About Us

We are a fast-growing resale company specializing in purchasing, testing, and reselling customer-return and overstock merchandise. Every product that comes through our warehouse is carefully evaluated before being listed for resale, making quality and accuracy essential to our operation.

Our **Las Vegas** facility is conveniently located approximately **7 minutes from Allegiant Stadium** and **10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip**, with employee parking available and access to nearby public transportation.

## About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on **Production Supervisor** to lead our Product Testing team. This is a working supervisor position where you'll spend approximately **70% of your time supporting production** and **30% leading, coaching, and developing a team of 5–7 associates**.

You'll help maintain productivity, ensure quality standards are met, and create an environment where team members are accountable, engaged, and continuously improving.

No prior experience testing or grading products is required; we'll teach you our processes. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys coaching others and isn't afraid to address performance issues when needed.

## What You'll Do

### Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–7 Operations Associates.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and daily performance metrics.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and provide ongoing feedback.

### Production & Operations

• Work alongside the team testing, grading, and documenting products.
• Learn and apply company grading and quality standards.
• Support production during peak periods or when additional coverage is needed.
• Ensure products are processed accurately and efficiently.

### Quality Improvement

• Partner with the team to improve processes and reduce errors.
• Reinforce quality standards through coaching and retraining.

## What We're Looking For

• **2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience** in production, warehouse, operations, retail, manufacturing, logistics, military, or similar environments.
• Experience coaching employees and comfortable having direct and constructive performance conversations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team.
• Able to work on-site Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.

## Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse, production, manufacturing, or operations experience.
• Experience with inventory, quality assurance, or process improvement.
• Background in liquidation, resale, refurbishment, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with productivity metrics and KPI management.

## Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$27/hour, based on experience.
• Up to $1,500 quarterly performance bonus (up to $6,000 annually).
