RN - Endoscopy

Common responsibilities of the GI RN (including, not limited to): assisting physicians with endoscopic procedures, knowledge of vast amount of endo equipment, reprocessing endoscopes, specimen collection & labeling, EPIC usage for charting, pre/post care of GI patients, pushing beds & carts, lifting/positioning of patients… Procedures commonly performed within Endo unit (including, not limited to): EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, PEG placement, Enteroscopy, & Capsule endoscopy Nursing experience of at least 2 years or more in an area of peri-op/procedural, critical care, or medical-surgical required to work in specialty area of endoscopy. - FT 36 Hours per week (0.9 FTE)- FOUR nine-hour shifts M-F (0630-1600 or 0730-1700, mix of both) (one rotating weekday off per week- So,...
