Quality Officer

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jawda KPIs and performance monitoring
• In-depth understanding and implementation of Department of Health (DOH) Standards – Abu Dhabi
• Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and accreditation processes (e.g., JCI)
• Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with patient safety goals, risk management, and incident reporting systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with clinical Background.
• ·

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with experience in Healthcare Audits and Data Validation
• ·

Skills

• a) An Understanding of continuous quality improvement planning
• b) Knowledge of Accreditation
• c) Demonstrates strong interaction and communication skills
• d) Strong command of English Language oral and written

Certifications

Certification in Healthcare Quality, or a related area is an advantage.
