Registered Nurse-IP (Tagalog Speaking)

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Inpatient Unit at Czech Rehabilitation Hospital is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement effective treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.

Assessment

Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Collaboration

Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Education

Educate patients and their families about health management, rehabilitation processes, and discharge planning.

Documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Safety

Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Advocacy

Advocate for patients' needs and preferences within the healthcare system.

Professional Development

Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Active DOH,DHA ,MOH License.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with potential for varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Exposure to patients with varying degrees of rehabilitation needs.
