About Our Family

We are a warm, easygoing, and well-traveled family of three living in Redwood City with our sweet Maltese. While our professional lives are full, we value a home that feels calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for. We enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, dining out, family movie nights, spending time outdoors, and creating meaningful experiences together.

Our home is already supported by professional housekeepers weekly, and we're looking for an experienced Executive House Manager who can become a trusted partner in managing the day-to-day rhythm of our household. This role is less about deep cleaning and more about creating consistency, maintaining beautiful organization, preparing healthy meals, anticipating household needs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

We consider ourselves low-fuss employers who appreciate professionalism, efficiency, and mutual respect. We value someone who enjoys working independently, communicates thoughtfully, and takes pride in creating beautiful, functional systems that simplify everyday life.

Above all, we're seeking someone interested in building a long-term partnership—someone who will become a trusted extension of our family and help our home continue to feel peaceful, organized, and effortlessly cared for.
