Adult Emergency Room Assistant Nurse Manager Nights

Be responsible for Nursing Quality Improvements activities on the unit. Assist the Nurse Manager in planning for and implementing mechanisms to encourage growth and development of staff. Provide other essential functions as directed by the Nurse Manager. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care activities considering growth and development factors appropriate to age in collaboration with the Nurse Manager. Consistently uses research-based/evidence-based resources, where available, to assess plan and implement care. Report any significant changes in the condition of the unit, any incidents and/or personnel problems. Participate in unit based research. Function as staff as needed to maintain patient safety and quality.
