Telecomm Systems Analyst

Work with Conference Bridge to ensure functionality is maintained and users are trained in use. Provides Conference bridges on an as needed basis as well as a large number of permanent Conference Bridges assigned to specific staff. Places Polycom devices out as needed to facilitate the Conference Calls. Ensure Telephone Work requests in the Trackit are updated and completed in a timely manner. Maintain healthcare system PBX, including all remote sites. Perform upgrades and software patches as required and performs routine testing to ensure telephone system is maintained at optimal performance levels. Work with and coordinates with vendors on new installations of circuits, lines and wiring. This includes interaction with Facilities and vendors to coordinate services. Maintain lists of circuits, POTS lines, and Centrex Emergency lines to ensured they are used and are in good working order at all times. Maintain call accounting system and provides reports on an as needed basis.
