What You’ll Do

• Sell pest control services, treatments, and service plans
• Participate in mandatory
• daily correlation meetings
• and training.
• Proactively contribute insights and solutions to team discussions.
• Execute assigned tasks precisely, meeting quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain operations and achieve goals.
• Educate customers on
• prevention and protection solutions
• Overcome objections and
• close sales confidently
• Build long-term relationships to drive
• renewals and referrals

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Previous sales experience required
• (preferably 90+ days of real sales exposure)
• Must have
• reliable personal transportation (car) -
• required for daily territory coverage and independence in the field
• Must be capable of making
• 5 sales/week
• and knock
• 80 doors/day
• Willing to work Full-Time
• (at least 6 hours/day)
• Must have at least 30 days of financial runway
• Strong communication and
