Operations Specialist (Property Administration Unit)

About the Role As an Operations Specialist , you will will coordinate with various government agencies in order to secure documentary requirements for the various administrative functions required for the Bank compliant with standard regulatory policies and regulations. How you'll contribute Handles and facilitates the timely validation and completion of requirements to complete government requirements that will enable the bank to register mortgages as needed by the Corporate Banking Group Monitors, updates, cancels, and completes all yearly regulatory requirements for all permits and licenses due for renewal or cancellation in a timely fashion Coordinates and handles the requisite documentation support for consolidation, petty cash management, registration, renewals, etc. to promote, maintain, and properly endorse official copies of the delivered documentary requirements of the Bank What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course Familiar with different areas/locations nationwide Decisive and with effective negotiation skills Ability to communicate with different type of people Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply About Security Bank Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best capitalized private domestic universal banks.
