Project Manager

About the Role Supports the Project Portfolio Delivery Head in ensuring that SBC, its subsidiaries, and affiliates initiatives are focused on the project delivery aspect of project management as part of the key pillar of Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This role will be responsible for leading and/or managing medium to large projects across different time frames in compliance with the existing Enterprise Project Management framework of the bank. An individual overseeing the day-to-day execution of a Project. Key to note that the role covers the entire Project and not just Business or IT. Drives the daily execution of the Project on behalf of the Project Director. How you'll contribute Daily project management throughout the project life cycle Defining the project governance (controls) and ensuring key governance processes like daily Scrum of Scrum (SoS), weekly status meeting, bi-weekly/monthly SteerCo meetings are done and supporting reports are produced Planning the overall project and monitoring the progress Managing the project budget Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies Managing and utilizing resources across the projects Managing stakeholders’ communication and escalation Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the project outcome What we're looking for At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in Project Management Candidates with a degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accounting/ Finance/Banking, Industrial Engineering, or any IT-related course Preferably with someone who has a certification in the following: Project Management (PMP, Prince 2), Agile/Scrum (CSM, PSM), or any related licenses Solid experience in Project Management and Change Initiatives Able to translate data/insights into compelling presentations High level of knowledge of Business and IT operations (internal or external), Project Management, Resource Management for both business and IT projects With knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies and project delivery, critical path resource allocations, and others.
