Legal Assistant

About the Role As a Legal Assistant , you will be assisting the Litigation Lawyers by performing work such as encoding and proofreading of pleadings, opinions and correspondences, receiving and filing of pleadings, correspondence, memoranda and reports, maintaining and safekeeping of records and documents, preparation of vouchers for necessary expenses, request for documents required for trial, transmittal of records/documents to CRS and coordination with referring units. How you'll contribute Safekeeps and maintains case folders as well as release and retrieval of records and transfers of records for retention and disposal of Central Records section pursuant to Manual of Operations and bank policy to ensure proper safekeeping of pertinent documents of the Bank. Monitors movement of cases and hearing dates by maintaining a calendar/checklist to provide assistance to Litigation Lawyers for completion of the process/activities. What we're looking for Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking Should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience Must have knowledge and experience in credit risk evaluation, leasing business, and financial statement evaluation Should have good analytical, critical thinking, and numerical reasoning skills About Security Bank Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best capitalized private domestic universal banks.
