About The Role

JOB SUMMARY The Operations Specialist provides support to specific Insurance Activities which may include but not limited to (1) updating of the Insurance Brokage System with regards on Payment and Remittances (2) responsible for handling, recording, and reconciling payments received in the Intersystem Insurance Account (ISA-Insurance) (3) receive and prepare acknowledgement receipt for check payment by client and transmit to respective insurance company (4) deposit insurance checks payable to bank (5) handles and monitor service fees of direct premium payments to insurance company (6) verify and endorse insurance payments for reversal (7) Collection and remittance, (8) voucher and report generation and updating and (9) perform other task that may be assigned from time to time How you'll contribute · Analyzing and reconciling payments received in the Intersystem Insurance Account to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures. · Monitoring service fees of direct premium payments to identify discrepancies or irregularities · Receiving and preparing acknowledgment receipts for check payments by clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. · Handling and resolving issues related to payment and remittance to maintain client satisfaction · Coordinating with insurance companies for premium payments and ensuring compliance with agreements. · Handling insurance payments and ensuring proper escalation or resolution for any payment disputes. · Verifying the accuracy of insurance payments and preparing reports to ensure alignment with financial policies. · Reviewing and reconciling transactions to maintain the financial integrity of the Intersystem Insurance Account. · Ensuring adherence to company policies when updating the Insurance Brokerage System. · Implementing controls to mitigate errors in financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. · Updating the Insurance Brokerage System with accurate payment and transaction records. · Maintaining and organizing records of vouchers and reports for accessibility and audit purposes What we’re looking for Fresh graduate / less than 1 year of experience Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Thorough knowledge of Insurance products and other operating standard office equipment Proficiency in financial reconciliation and account analysis Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills for liaising with internal departments and external insurance providers Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) About Security Bank Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best capitalized private domestic universal banks.
