About The Role

About the Role As a Channel Offi cer , you will support Channel Managers in maximizing the product's value by defining, prioritizing, and delivering features via available channel/s that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. CO will collaborate closely with CVP’s Product Team and tech development team/s to ensure the product achieves its goals in a dynamic, Agile environment. How you'll contribute Requirement Gathering –Understand internal customer needs and translate them into business requirements for technology partners. Demonstration - Work closely with Stakeholders to do a demonstration of the channel regarding the enhancement made. Release Planning and Delivery – Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to plan and execute releases, ensuring product increments align with business objectives and customer expectations, while continuously refining the product roadmap based on feedback and evolving business goals. Backlog Management – Effectively manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business value and customer priorities, while breaking down requirements into actionable user stories. What we're looking for Industry Exposure: At least 1–4 years’ experience in either a Bank or Fintech industry with a track record in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and experience working in Agile teams in managing e-channels (Web/Mobile/API) and Loan products (Application, Underwriting, Disbursement, Policies and Collections. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and experience working in Agile teams.
